2024 Santa's Delivery Flyer

STEP ONE - REGISTER ONLINE:

• Online Registration is open from October 28th - November 22nd at www.radnorrecreation.com.
• You must have an existing online account, or you must create one to register.
• Each family MUST complete their own online registration, even if you are participating with multiple families at one location on delivery day.
• You must only complete the online registration ONCE for your entire family.
  • Please select a Parent/Guardian as the “Registrant” to begin your family’s registration.
  • Enter all children in your family who are receiving gifts. ONE GIFT PER CHILD.
  • You may not register any other children who are not a part of your family.
• After you complete the online registration, you will need to print your custom form. ONE PRINTED CUSTOM FORM PER FAMILY is required when you drop off your gift(s).
• On the last screen of registration ‘Thank You!’ will appear. Under that ‘Order Information’ section there will be a link that says ‘View/Print Custom Forms’. THIS IS YOUR CUSTOM FORM.

STEP TWO - GIFT DROP OFF:

• Gift(s) MUST BE NO LARGER THAN 6" Length x 6" Width x 6" Height
  • GIFTS THAT EXCEED THESE DIMENSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!
• Child’s First and Last Name must be clearly printed on each wrapped gift with a Sharpie.
• You MUST bring your printed custom form with you when dropping off the gifts.
• Gifts can be dropped off Oct 28th-Nov 22nd to the Radnor Township Building (301 Iven Ave., Wayne) during the hours of 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday. DO NOT BAG YOUR GIFT(S)!
• In addition, we will be collecting gifts at the following times:
  • Friday, Nov 22nd from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Radnor Township Building.

STEP THREE - DELIVERY DAY:

• Delivery times will not be pre-communicated but will take place after 11:00 AM on Dec 8th.
• Look for lights and listen for sirens. Be ready when the vehicles are approaching.
  • Apartments will have pre-communicated meeting locations.
• If you are not home at delivery, your gift will be left at your home (unless arrangements have been made otherwise).

 Informational Notice: Santa’s Delivery – Sunday December 8, 2024

Due to the purposes of traffic, safety, and activity, we are providing a notice about an upcoming event, Santa’s Delivery, taking place throughout the entire Township on Sunday, December 8, 2024 from approximately 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM.  All information and updates about Santa’s Delivery can be found at the following Township website: www.radnor.com/santa. 

Santa’s Delivery will impact the entire Township and will include multiple caravans of police cars, fire trucks, and other emergency vehicles where Santa Claus will be delivering pre-registered gifts to participating families.  You can expect to hear sirens and see the flashing lights of the emergency vehicles during this time. There will be some traffic implications throughout the Township due to the event. You can contact our department with questions at 610-688-5600. 

Information for Participating Residents in Santa’s Delivery: Look and listen for the police cars, fire trucks and other emergency vehicles escorting Santa and have your children ready at the bottom of your driveway. Please be safe and stay on the curb and out of the street, especially when the motorcade is coming through! Please visit www.radnor.com/santa for additional information and the latest updates leading up to the event.

ASSISTANCE REQUESTED WITH THE FOLLOWING:

• Assist with Gift Drop-Off Days as vital role in one of our many positions along the brigade as participants bring their gifts to the Township Building - these include Vehicle Greeters, Present Organizers, Traffic Managers, Baggers, and Zone Identifiers.
• Assist with Gift Delivery Day by serving as a Gift Runner, Santa's Elf, Participant/Family Greeter, Route Number Administrator, or by distributing various items along the motorcade routes.
• Select positions as Santa Claus and Vehicle Drivers
• Other select positions

BENEFIT LEVELS:

Although there are no detailed benefit levels that currently exist for this event, the Radnor Township Parks & Recreation Department considers various forms of support and contributions that cover and enhance the costs and services associated with event delivery. In addition, we are willing to accept in-kind support or contributions as fit for the event and in exchange, participating contributors will receive negotiated advertising benefits and pre-event presence, along with during the event. Items include:   

• Monetary contribution to cover the various event costs.
• Contribute, attend, and distribute candy canes or other items that can be distributed along each motorcade route.
• Sponsor promotional magnet that can be distributed along each route.

Your public support, in cooperation with our department will help to promote a positive image for your business or organization and increase awareness of your products and services.

All of our sponsorship opportunities take an approach that is focused on the participating business or organization and your visibility, outreach, and ability to build relationships with members of the community is very important to us. We also strive to be creative in all that we can offer through our community.
