The Planning Commission makes recommendations to the Board of Commissioners on all land development and subdivision applications that are submitted to the Township. The Planning Commission plays an important role in developing the Township's Comprehensive Land Use Plan, as well as keeping the Subdivision and Land Development Codes up to date and in compliance with Pennsylvania's Municipalities Planning Code (MPC).

    2020 Gryphon Volleyball Clinic: Registration Now Open!

    The Gryphon Volleyball Clinic is for girls in grades 4 to 8 who want to learn more and improve in the sport of volleyball in a developmental setting!

    Open to beginner, intermediate and advanced players. Sessions will be held on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from December 9th thru March 26th.

    Delaware County is the largest county in the United States (by population) that does not have a public health department. Based on LWV studies and consensus over the last four or five decades, the LWV believes a public health department is needed.
