Maggy Myers, MD grew up in western Pennsylvania in the North Hills area of Pittsburgh. She received a B.S. from Duke University in 1980 and an M.D. from Duke Medical School in 1985. She completed her training in pediatrics at Boston Children’s Hospital and at Harvard’s Joint Program in Neonatology. She and her husband Jon Epstein have lived in Radnor for 25 years where they raised two sons, Max & Jake, who went through the Radnor School system.

Maggy served as the Associate Clinical Director of Newborn & Infant Intensive Care Unit at CHOP for ten years and retired in 2006 when her husband was diagnosed with colon cancer. (He is now well.) Besides caring for her husband and children, she sits on the Board of the Friends of Radnor Memorial Library and volunteers at the Alley Door thrift shop in Wayne. She’s an avid hiker, sailor, and amateur naturalist as well as a Pilates enthusiast. She is also a member of the Board of Trustees & Chair of The Real Estate Committee of the Mount Desert Island Biological Laboratory in Salisbury Cove, Maine.
