Overview
The Zoning Hearing Board is a quasi-judicial body that conducts legally binding hearings and renders decisions on appeals, variances, and special exceptions to the township's zoning ordinances.

Agendas are available prior to the meetings. Minutes are available following approval.
Application & Requirements
Applications must be received by the Department of Community Development 30 days prior to the meeting. Only complete applications will be accepted.
The current month's meeting video may be viewed through Video on Demand. Copies of past meeting videos may be requested through the Open Records Office.
