The Road Network
The township is traversed by an extensive network of roads, most notably:
- U.S. Route 30 (Lancaster Avenue)
- I-476 (the "Blue Route"), opened in 1991 with a major interchange
- Exit 13, located at Lancaster Avenue and King of Prussia Road
- PA Route 320 (North Springmill Road / Sproul Road)
The township is within a 15-minute drive of the Schuylkill Expressway, Pennsylvania Turnpike (I-76), and I-95.
Train Service
Rail passenger service (commuter and long distance) is available on the Paoli Line of AMTRAK, with local station stops in the township and express stops in nearby Paoli and Philadelphia.
Trolley Line
Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) operates a trolley line through the township and direct bus service to nearby points.
Air Service
Commercial air service is available approximately 20 minutes away at the Philadelphia International Airport.
