The Board of Commissioners authorized the preparation of a feasibility study of South Wayne east of Louella Avenue regarding stormwater improvements. The following items were to be evaluated:

• The status of the existing culvert and any improvements which could be made.
• Installation of storm sewers and inlets on certain streets.
• Installation of a bypass pipe to convey stormwater runoff from Midland Avenue to the John L. Cappelli Memorial Driving Range, which would be converted to a stormwater management facility.
• Installation of an orifice plate or other device on the outlet of the Middle School stormwater management system.
